Description of service

We bought a white vinyl banner style, weatherproof sign. This cost included one color (blue) and our logo. We already had our logo designed from placing a newspaper ad earlier so everything, down to the type of font used, was able to be sent directly from our newspaper salesperson to the sign company.

Review of Service

It took approximately 10 days for my banner to be completed, even though our part of the process (telling them what we wanted and having the designs emailed to them) took a couple of hours at most. Overall I'm pleased with the appearance of the banner although the material seems a little flimsy and not what I would recommend having out in a strong windstorm. The banner did not include any type of metal stakes or any way to hang the sign except for the rope or string. For us, that was perfectly fine as we have two sturdy trees near the road we were able to hang it from.

Tips

Be sure you know ahead of time what you want and allow yourself plenty of time to have the work done. In our case we just needed a sign showing where our new hobby/busines was located, not a grand opening or anything that would've been hurt by the 10 day wait. Also, be sure you tell them precisely how you want the wording and graphics laid out, as well as ask them about options for displaying your sign or banner.
