Review of Service
We recently made funeral arrangements for a family member. We were relieved to find that the staff was able to work with us in our situation (we had a lot of people coming in from out of town). We called around town and they were the only ones who were willing to work with us financially and on our timetable. The building is beautiful, the staff was all very helpful and the funeral was really special to us. Our family especially felt that our director went above the job, by taking the time to meet with our very large family in our home. They aren't the least expensive funeral home but we feel like we got a valuable service. I know that it isn't an easy job, and we appreciated the help and compassion of all the staff, and would definitely recommend their services.
Tips
Meet with the staff & view the building yourself. Make sure you are taken care of by a professional, and not someone who doesn't care. Try to make your decisions based on what you want versus what the staff might try to "sell".
