Review of Service
These aerobics classes are a lot of fun. There is at least one class each day Monday-Saturday that is available to attend, each one an hour long, and includes warm-up and cool-down after the completion of the class. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the classes appeal to a broad range of people from teens to the elderly. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace, but if they keep falling behind in the class for too long, they recommend moving down a skill level so the rest of the students aren't held back and can get a phenomenal workout. Aerobics classes are available to pay on a per class basis, so if you start with the classes and don't like them, you aren't out the money. All equipment is provided (steps and light hand weights), unless you really prefer to bring your own.
Tips
Don't be afraid to make mistakes and look silly--there are going to be a lot of moves and phrases you aren't familiar with at first. Just stick to it--not only is it a fabulous workout, the more you go, the better you get at it.
