In the continuing efforts to reduce stress levels I decided to try Aerobics, and signed up for a 10 session beginners class. Each class lasted one hour. The instructor started with a 5 minute stretch period, and then went right into the aerobics. Each aerobics set pushed us a little bit further, and eventually got to step aerobics. The instructor taught basic stretching, what each of the moves were, and the correct way to execute them. There was a 5 minute break at the half hour point.
Review of Service
Aerobics is many thing, but despite my friend's recommendation it was not a stress reducer, so for that aspect of it, it was pretty pointless. However, there was a definitely a good workout during my time in the classes. I lost several pounds so far. The instructor did a pretty good job, but I think that they should have been a little bit tougher in order to push us to do better.
Tips
Be sure to bring your own water bottle, there was a very long line for the water fountain during the break, and I would feel guilty taking a longer drink with so many people waiting in line. Also be sure to bring a towel, you will need to towel off the sweat.
