Description of service
I had to have bloodwork done then I sat and waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes then when I was taken back. It took the doctor a while to come see me due to so many people was there. When he came in he asked what was wrong and then ordered more labs and a CAT scan. About a hour goes but they start a IV and gave me some medication. The doctor came back in after hours of waiting and said that I had a bad kidney infection. Gave me a few medications to take and sent me home.
Review of Service
All the nurses was very nice and was helpful. They didn't mind sitting with me while I was in the waiting room. They got me back as fast as they could and was very nice when it came to doing the blood and IV work. The doctor was very understanding and did what he could to help take the pain away. I was very happy with the service I got.
Tips
Tell the nurses the truth. Try to be nice even though you are in pain or don't feel well because they are there to help you. If you need something don't be scared to ask that is what they are paid to do.
