Description of service
My son had been running a fever for about 9 hours and it had went up to 105 degrees. They took him into the triage room to do his vital signs. They then took us back to a room and the doctor came in and had us sign the release papers and explained that he would be ok and then sent us home.
Review of Service
This was the worst service I have ever received! Even though his temperature was 105, the doctor told me to quit worrying because kids will get sick. I ended up having to take him to another hospital where he was finally diagnosed. I will never go back to this hospital and I filed a compliant with the hospital board. The physician had no respect for me or my child. I ended up having to pay for this visit because the doctor said is was not am emergency so therefore the insurance did not cover it.
Tips
Research the hospitals around you before having to use their services. This will allow you to know if you want to check other hospitals in your area. Also, another tip is you may go online a visit websites that have reviews of the doctors in your area. This may provide you with information from other patients that could be pertinent.
