Description of service
Oil and Filter change on my 2004 Fatboy. This was my fifth time I have had my oil changed on this bike. I currently have 7300 miles and have my oil changed around every 1500 miles.
Review of Service
I Bought my first Harley there. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Dealt with a dealer outside of metro area and he came off as a Harley snob. This place DEALS IN SATISFACTION. There service department treats you with royalty and treats your bike like its their own. After they change the oil not only do they clean your bike a mechanic comes out and ask if there is any thing else he could do without the pressure of a sale, you actually feel that they care. I won't go anywhere else.
Tips
Never ride your motorcycle without first checking the oil! When the oil in a warmed engine has been allowed to settle, and the motorcycle has been held upright on level ground, the oil level ought to fall between the top and bottom hash marks around the oil level sight glass. i recommended change interval: every 1500 miles using conventional oil; every 3000 miles using synthetic oil - or after operation in extremely wet/dirty conditions, or after prolonged idle.
