Review of Service
The price was unbeatable for the class. It was a one-day class where we learned how to use different kinds of piping bags and piping tips to create different designs on cakes, from a basket weave to roses, etc. It also gave us instruction on how to cut cakes into certain desireable shapes, such as an eyeball which my son insisted on for his birthday party. It gave painting and decorating ideas and tips for special occasions, such as mother's day cakes, anniversary cakes, and some very basic wedding cakes. Also learned how to make a train cake, and blocks for baby shower cakes. Very cute, very informative, and well worth the money I paid for a four-hour class.
Tips
Get a bunch of friends or relatives together to take this class. There is a lot of information, and you are not going to be able to remember everything for a one-day class. If you split it up with friends and family, not only will you have a better time, but between a few different people, you are sure to remember how to make all of the different designs of cakes.
