Description of service
While at the airport in January, I had a delay in my flight so I decided to have a chair massage. They have them located all around the airport. The one I chose had two masseuse and I had to wait about 20 minutes. The massage lasted 25 minutes so for $20,00 this was a good deal. When my turn came up I sat in a ergonomic chair which I leaned forward on . It was made that way. The masseuse started at the the front of my head around my forehead and worked around to the back of my head and then down my spine. I did tip an additional $5.00 once he completed the massage.
Review of Service
It was so relaxing I wished that I could have gone on for an hour. The therapist didn't do a lot of talking and soothing music was in the background. I was impressed that they kept the chairs clean. Before a new customer sat in the chair it was wiped down with a disinfectant and you were given a small fresh towel to lean your chin on.
The therapist seemed to know what he was doing and asked me where I felt I had the most tension. When I told him my neck was stiff, he worked on it longer.
Tips
When getting a chair massage, be prepared to be relaxed. One thing I did look for at the airport was who seemed to have the more customers. I choose a masseuse that was in between. Not a long wait but someone was in the chair and I could observe his method and how the client acted.
