Description of service
I received a chair massage for half an hour for one dollar per minute. I didn't leave a tip, because this was a person operating her own business, so every dollar went to her. She traveled downtown to office buildings offering her services.
Review of Service
A spur of the moment purchase, when the masseur came to my office offering by the minute chair massage, I decided to spend my lunch break getting a massage. She brought her own chair that folded up to carry. There was a pad for you to sit on, and another for your face. You straddled the chair and rested your head. She worked mostly the shoulders, but also did back, arms and a little scalp massage. She used no tools, but did use some aromatherapy oils such as peppermint, which was really nice and cleared my sinuses. She was very nice and seemed able to gauge how much conversation you wanted to have and adapt to that.
Tips
I say go for it. This person didn't have a license posted in an office, but I'm sure if I had asked her, she would have shown me. She was nicely dressed and clean, I wasn't worried about being touched. The massage relaxed me and made the rest of the day seem really easy.
