Description of service

This was what I paid for the dry cleaning services rendered. This included approximately nine garments in total, including several women's suit jackets, several dress shirts/blouses, and several pairs of pants. Just basic services were used here -- cleaning, steaming, and pressing.

Review of Service

I have found a very reliable, good source for my drycleaning at this establishment. There are only two locations of this dry cleaner that I am aware of, and I have had much better luck here -- from a quality AND a timeliness standpoint -- than I have from many larger, regional chains. I don't know if it is the "small-business ethic" or just the experience of the cleaner, but I have been extremely satisfied with the results I have gotten. I have tried several other cleaners that are more convenient to where I work, but the convenience is not worth the lack of quality.

Tips

If you are particular about how your garments done, it is important to try several dry cleaners until you are satisfied. Once you find one that you feel does a good job for you, they will recognize you as a customer, and may even know what you need done before you ask specifically (such as, if you don't like things pressed; just steamed). Also, if you find a small, non-chain drycleaner, ask if they will accept competitor's coupons. This way you can save money AND get the quality you deserve.
