Description of service
We had a men's suit dry cleaned at a local company. We did not have any discounts or coupons available for use at the time.
Review of Service
We had had the same suit cleaned in another location less than a year before, and the suit was only $14 then. The service costs a little more here, but it was good service; the suit was properly pressed, and the seams of the pants were properly aligned before pressing. They didn't scorch the suit or anything, so that was good. They did put the pants and coat on a wire hanger; I don't like wire hangers but at least it didn't cause any damage to the suit.
Tips
* Take everything out of your pockets before you take the suit to the cleaners; you may lose something important, or worse, a nice lipstick can ruin a woman's suit.
* Take your good hangers home with you; the drycleaning company won't return them, and they will be eaten up by their coat hanger monster.
* Make sure you know when the item will be available again for pickup; it is very annoying to think that something will be available if you need it, and it is not yet ready.
*Keep your receipt and take it with you; this definitely makes the pick-up process much faster than it can otherwise be.
