Description of service

I dropped off my items at a local dry cleaner on a weekday morning about 8:00 am and was able to pick them two days later at 6:00 pm. The total cost of the order was $35, which included a woman's suit ($12), 2 blouses ($8 each), and a skirt ($7).

Review of Service

I have been using my dry cleaner for several years and, on this occasion, they did a very nice job on all of my items. The woman's suit is tan and shows dirt easily, so it was particularly important that they clean it properly, and the blouses were white and teal, with a dark blue skirt, and everything was returned to me nicely pressed and with nice bright colors. The clothes also had a clean smell and the odors of smoke and food that were slightly there from some client dinners had been removed. I checked all of the buttons and clasps and there was nothing missing or damages, so I was pleased with the service and the total cost was acceptable based on the quality work that was done.

Tips

Always be nice to your dry cleaner so that they will respect you and work harder to be sure that your clothes are cleaned well. Also be sure that the ticket they give you is accurate so that you can remember what items are at the cleaners when you are looking to wear a certain outfit.
