The service was the basic dry cleaning of four pieces: a men's two-piece dark blue suit, a white button-down shirt and a light-blue button down shirt. All four pieces had been in a smoky environment during the prior week and the smoke smell needed to be taken out of the clothes. Also, the white shirt had a stain on the right sleeve that needed to be removed, and both shirts needed attention to the collar area for dirt.

The items were dropped-off in the early afternoon on a weekday and were promised back to me after 5:00 p.m. on the following day. This time frame was acceptable and the clothes were ready when expected. When the clothes were taken in, they were promptly tagged and I was given a receipt for the pick up. The pick up went smoothly and I paid with a credit card, which is a good feature of this store. The store was not crowded when I got the clothes, and I took the time to pull up the plastic and look at the shirts to see that the stains were gone, which they were. I also smelled all of the items and the smoke smell had been eliminated, which was satisfactory and, based on the good work, the price was reasonable for this service.

I did not use a coupon, but many dry cleaners do have coupons in circulation in the local entertainment book, local publications/magazines, and sometimes in the mail, so be sure to llok for the coupons to save money. Also, some dry cleaners will accept the coupons of their competitors, so that will allow you to still use your favorite place.
