It took them about 2 hours to do the job at $85/hour.

I think they did a very good job and, even though it was probably a routine repair for them, it was important to me to get my computer working and returned to me quickly. They got it done in a few hours and the computer has run fine ever since then. They made me feel comfortable with their store by explaining the problem to me in an understandable way and giving me an accurate description of the work and the cost that would be involved to repair it. There wasn't anything that I was dissatisfied about, and the price was reasonable to me.

The cost of the service is worth paying compared to the frustration you might experience and the chance that you might make the problem worse.
