The service was pretty bad, after I got the system home I still had issues and had to go seek additional computer assistance. I didn't go back to the same place, even though others had told me how great they were because of my experience. When I first got there it seemed like the technician didn't even want to hear what was going on with my computer, he just put a tag on it and then took it to the back room. I really don't know how long it took to clean it up as there was no detailed sheet telling me what occurred. There were some other issues that weren't resolved, but when I called back I was told this had nothing to do with the virus.

Ask around for more than one recommendation on local technicians, try to stay away from the chain stores as the people who work there are normally fairly new in the market. Experienced technicians normally don't have to advertise, and there are a bunch of people who know about their service.
