Description of service
$275 was a flat rate for the cost of repairing my computer. This rate was for repairs made inside a store. The cost was to cover the main repair, plus cleaning out the files on my computer and updating some of my programs.

I was happy with the quality of service. In the end, the $275 that I paid was a fair price. I was a little nervous at first, because that is their flat rate for working on the computer, even if they determine that the computer cannot be fixed. They wouldn't even take a look at the computer unless I paid the fee up front. I didn't have the money to get a new computer, so I figured that I would be better off paying the fee.
Tips
If you need any repairs made to your computer, first find out if your computer is still covered under its warranty. If it is not, you should shop around to get the best rate. If there are not too many computer repair shops in your area, you might be stuck with a certain rate. If you can afford it, and if you have an older computer, you might be better off purchasing a brand new one.
