Description of service
I decided to purchase a new computer. The old one was about to bite the dust and I didn't want to lose any information. So, before it crashed I decided to contact our local computer tech and ask him if he does any onsite computer set up. Of course he did and he quoted me a fair price. He came over and set up my computer, he installed all the software that came with it and some of my old existing software. He also made sure all my peripherals worked properly.
Review of Service
He was wonderful. The price was great and he was very kind. He did not treat me like I was an idiot because I didn't know what to do. He even helped me get my old data off the other computer. I am glad that I found him and I will definitely be telling all my friends about him.
Tips
Make sure you find an honest computer tech. There are some technicians out there who enjoy making you feel like an idiot. Just remember you are paying his bills. I have seen some of the more dishonest ones actually take computer parts that work and tell you they are broken so they can sell to other people. Do your research!
