Description of service
I bought a new computer from a company recently, and choose to have them do the installation for me so i don't have to deal with all the setup. The guy arrived, carried in all the boxes, and asked me where to put the PC. He set up the computer within 20 minutes, and had all the program installations done within 2 hours when he arrived. He was always helping me learn how to do a few of the things he was doing while he was setting it up in case it acts up and i don't have him anymore. He also gave me his personal cell phone to call if anything comes up, just politely asked not to call alot which i thought was one of the nicest things i have seen someone in support do in a long time. The cost of the actual repair was the $100, but i gave him 40 in tips because i felt he did a great job.
Review of Service
It was the best service i have ever received from a installation man. He did not want to just get into my house and get out right away so he can get to the next person (which may be bad in his company's mind). I thought he explained enough to me so i could fix it on my own when he is not there, and that was the main point that i wanted explained to me, and he did not even seem like he minded taking the extra time to make me comfortable when he left. As far as getting my money's worth, i felt that i would have easily paid double for that good of service and i couldn't of been happier getting that service.
Tips
I would say if you have the extra $120 or whatever, order home installation for alot of packages, because sometimes you will get stuck on an technical support problem and be on the phone for hours stuck on something simple the installation people could have taken care of easily.
