the Cost of New Computer Set Up

We purchased a laptop computer during December 2006 and needed help setting it up to be able to print to the same printer we used for the desktop, to be able to use the laptop throughout the house, and to ensure we had a secure wireless network that no one else (without a password) could tap into.

We were very pleased with their service. We were concerned that an hour would not be enough time, but these guys were experts and answered all our questions and set up the computer very quickly. They password protected our network and also showed us a few troubleshooting techniques just in case issues came up later. They showed us how to view all of the wireless networks in the area and ensure that our computer was on the right one.

We found the rate chargedto be very comparable with other computer businesses. We found them to be very thorough and knowledgeable about setting the computer up and would definitely use them again. We called once after our service appointment with a questions and they answered quickly and with no charge, so we have gotten follow on support with our computer set up as well! Great customer service.
