Description of service
I visited a local printer to customize my wedding invitations. I first called and asked for their prices and then scheduled an appointment to meet with the lead designer. During my first consultation I picked out paper, font, and provided the information to be printed. I also picked out RSVP cards, ribbons and the color of envelope that I wanted. During the second consultation I reviewed what the designer had done to the invitation since the first meeting and I approved the final design. They printed out my invitations within three days and I picked them up.
Review of Service
The whole consultation period lasted about a week. I went in and then one week later I went to approve the final copy that needed to be printed. Once I approved it then it took them a week to print and package everything that I had ordered. I think that the time frame was really fast considering that it was a custom order and it wasn't like I just went in and picked out what colors and paper I wanted. They were quick and the price was just right. They gave me great tips on what to write on my invitation as well.
Tips
Always express your concerns! If you don't like something then speak up! It's your wedding day after all and you don't want any regrets! You are paying for the service and if you don't like it then you need to speak up so that they know what to fix! I didn't have any problems because I expressed my concern when I wanted a change without sounding like the typical bridezilla!
