Description of service
I had my wedding invitations done at a local printing shop. They used a pre-designed design that was customized for my special day. The package included 100 invitations, RSVP's and envelopes.
Review of Service
These were bargain basement prices. Basically they showed me a big book that had about a hundred different designs. We chose the one we liked best and gave them our date and names to fill in on the design. They then printed the invitations for us. They were worth the money we spent, as everything else we looked at was quite a bit more. However, in retrospect I wish we'd gotten something a little more upscale. The invitations were slightly off. As in the printing was a little bit diagonal when it should have been straight across. This was probably not noticeable to anyone else but of course it drove me crazy. The paper also didn't seem to be as good of a stock as the paper they'd shown us with examples of their previous work.
Tips
These are important, spend a few extra bucks. You should make sure you have in writing that you will get certain things and know what their policy is for dealing with unhappy customers.
