Description of service
The payment of $156 was for one invitation plate and one RSVP plates for my wedding invitations. This price also included the actual engraving process and the wash-up. I supplied the stock for the invitation so the price was lowered by roughly 30 dollars. I did some comparison shopping and I found that this price was typical.
Review of Service
I feel that the price I paid was reasonable for the work that was done. I was very happy with my invitations and I loved the quality of the engraving. I think that the attention paid to the engraving process was exceptional and it met my expectation. What I was not happy with and I was not informed about was the fact that when you engrave something the positioning is not always exact. I feel that I should have been informed about that even though it did not affect my view of the outcome.
I think that paying $156 for engraving plates and printing was a good value. It gave me a great quality product for a reasonable price and I was also able to supply my own stock and receive a discount for that. I do feel that we should be more informed about how each process is done when we go into custom printing because it is not always as we think.
