the Price of Dog Daycare Away from Home

I recently took my dog to a doggie daycare. The cost for the day was $15.00. This included, playtime, naptime and meals administered by a well trained, responsible staff. You could drop off the dog as early as 8:00 am and pick them up as late as 5:30 pm. The dogs were met by a pet loving staff member when they arrived who took them back to the daycare area where they were kept in a comfortable crate until playtime. They seperated large dogs from small dogs and they were supervised at all times.

I was very pleased by the friendly well trained staff. They seemed to care very much for the dogs and love their job. Whenever I picked my dog up she seemed very happy and you could tell she had a good time. The daycare facility was very clean and organised and had a very home like atmosphere. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I recieved.

When selecting a daycare ask about the knowledge of the staff, and be sure to meet them beforehand. Take a tour of the facility so you can see where the dogs are kept and where they play. Make sure the facility is clean and well cared for, this will let you know what kind of care your dog will recieve. If available make sure you take your dog for a trial half day or a few hours to see if they will be happy there.
