Description of service
Someone had dented my driver side door. I took it in to get the dent out and it cost me 199.00. I didn't figure it would be anything over 50.00 but they explained about the machine they use now to do it and I guess that makes it cost extra. They took the dent out and it looks like nothing had ever happened to the door.
Review of Service
The service itself was good. They kept in contact and let me know exactly when the car was done and when I could pick it up. They gave me a quote before the did anything which is key in my opinion. The servicemen were professional and very respectful. They let me know my options if I were to go with other dealers or try to do it myself, and their service seemed to be the best for the price as well as the quality. The dealer I took it to had done some previous work on my Honda and they have always done a good job on anything they had ever worked on.
Tips
Try to work the dent out yourself before sending it in for repair. There are some products you can do it yourself with. Try to take it to your manufacturer dealer because they know the most about any further damage the dent may have caused.
