I had the oil changed on my Vespa. They took out the old oil, drained it and put in new oil. It took less than 30 minutes and was handled well.

All in all this was a good service. I didn't need to make an appointment or anything, which was helpful with my busy schedule. Honestly, I didn't price any other services so I don't know if this was a competitive price but it was definitely worth the money to me.
They said it would take less than 30 minutes so I was able to run next door and get a quick lunch. By the time I came back, it was all ready and they had all the paperwork filled out so I could just pay and leave. The scooter ran great and they gave me a card with the next oil change date on it.
They also offer a free change after you get 10 and keep track of it in their computer system so you don't have to carry a punch card around. I found that to be a great idea.
Tips
Definitely look for quality over price. Having the right kind of oil and having it changed right is important. Make sure you pick a place that can get it done quickly and also get it done right.
