Review of Service
When I had this procedure done, it was in a very sterile and professional environment. You were placed in a private, secluded room, so no one else could see you. It was just myself and the woman preformed the electrolysis. It was a little painful at first, but you get used to it eventually. After the probe procedure, cream was placed on the area to cool down the skin, as it was red and irritated.
Tips
Plan on being patient, depending on how much hair you need to have removed. Also, shop around and look for good prices for electrolysis. I asked my dermatologist to refer me to a place that performs electrolysis. That way, I knew the staff was certified, had proper training, skill, and that the place would be clean and sterile.
