Description of service
When I was in New York last year I decided to take a day tour to see all the sites instead of going on my own. It did cost a bit more than if I just did it on my own, but it was a great way to see most of the sites in one day. It was on a charter bus that we were hauled around in. The sites we got to see included Ground Zero, Empire State building, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Times Square and an authentic New York Deli for lunch and a nice restaurant for dinner. A lot to see in one day, but a great tour if you only have one day. The tour cost $400 and the $50 was a tip because our tour guide was so good.
Review of Service
It sounds a little expensive, but New York is really expensive. For all that I saw it was a great deal and overall a very enjoyable day. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a lot of sites in a short amount of time. Of course some of the sites we just got to stand in front of and take a few photos, but that's all you want to see of some places.
Tips
Great value for New York City where everything on this list with transportation by cab would cost quite a bit more money.
