Description of service
We went on a three hour tour in New York City. Our tour was based on a popular t.v. show. We met up in front of the fountain at a hotel and got on a nice big air conditioned bus with t.v.'s and a nice tour guide who was very informative. We went to a lot of popular locations that were shown on the t.v. show with our guide telling us some behind the scenes secrets. We ended up tipping our guide $20.00 for the great job she did interacting with such a large group.
Review of Service
I feel like we got great service. Lots of information on the places that we were visiting. The bus driver knew where to go and where to pick us up at. Everything and everyone was on time and the whole tour was ran as described in the brochure. Our tour was approx 3 hours long and I was glad to see that it was not ran short.
Tips
The best tip I can give on finding a great tour is to be aware that a lot of tour company's run the same tour. I went online and did my research. You want to look for the best deals and for a company that can provide customer reviews.
