Description of service
On March 19th, we took our family dog, Radar to the vet for Neutering. The Veternarian was very thorough in checking Radar's health. The Vet. doctor gave us a tour of his facility, and where our dog would be spending the night.
While the assistant took Radar to his kennel for the night, the Veternarian explained the procedure to us and how to look after the surgical sight until it was healed.
A break down of the services to be received were:
Room and board for the night, including a feed in the morning- $75
Surgical fees-including putting to sleep for procedure and recovery******************************************************$125
Review of Service
We picked up Radar on the 20th, and was very pleased. The surgical site was clean. The after surgical care instructions were well written and in order. We were given information on what to look for in case of infection setting in. And we were given the Vet. doctor's personal pager number in case we needed to contact him after hours.
Tips
The tips we would give:
1. Do ask other people what they think of the Vet that your considering to have the procedure done.
2. Make sure that the Vet's license are up to date.
3. Is the facility clean?
4. What level of care will your pet receive during any overnight
stay.
