Description of service
This service was Neutering a dog. This service differs from a veterinarian visit in way that it was a clinic devoted to the spay and neutering of animals. It is located in Tempe, Arizona and is only one location. The cost is a lot lower than visiting a veterinarian directly. There were no additional fees associated with this service, 60 dollars covered blood work, surgery and post-op.
Review of Service
After consulting several veterinarian offices and finding that the blood work required for neutering my Yorkshire puppy was separate from the actual surgery, I decided upon a clinic. This clinic mentioned that they had the same setup as any veterinarian office, all the proper certificates and bill of health. They happened to be roughly 200 dollars less expensive as well. Upon arrival at the clinic, I could tell it was more fast paced than your average vet but everything appeared clean and every person seemed professional. I dropped my puppy off in the morning and he was ready by 3pm. Everything seemed to go very well, he had no problems in the days prior to the surgery and still does not to this day.
Tips
No matter what you do when searching for a vet to spay or neuter your animal, always shop around. I can attest that dedicated clinics that do this are just as good as taking your animal to the vet. You could potentially save a lot of money.
