the Price of Family Law Attorneys

We needed a family law attorney to assist us in my husband adopting my daughter. We needed her biological fathers rights terminated and an adoption granted.

The service that i received from this firm i believe was great for the cost of the case. We did have to pay for the filing fees separately. The attorney drew up the papers for the biological father to come in and sign his rights over and he also drew up our adoption papers. The attorney was always there for us when we called or he promptly returned our call. He did allow us to pay out our money that we owed for our case. He would not take our case to court until we had paid him off. The only thing that annoyed me was that his mother worked for him and she was not the friendliest of people. The attorney was aware of his mothers attitude and behavior and i suppose he had talked to her about it. Once the case went to court and the adoption was granted he even gave us a couple of certified copies of the papers that were filed.

I found this attorney through word of mouth. and i personally believe this is the best way to find an attorney instead of relaying on fancy commercials or advertisements. I lucked out with him. I trusted the personal referral from a co worker and thankfully it worked out, however this is not fool proof. As a general rule i usually research any person i use in a situation like this.
