Review of Service
My artist was very helpful, made me comfortable and settled any fears I had around getting my first tattoo. He helped me design precisely what I wanted and listened to my ideas. I am very happy with the quality of work done. I didn't realize that tattoos do fade fairly quickly, the colors are less vibrant a year later, but still beautiful. Many artists will do free touchups later on, but I don't live in the same city as my artist, so I'll have to pay a new artist to touch mine up. I enjoyed being tattooed so much I plan to do it a lot more.
Tips
Make sure to check out the portfolio of any tattoo artist you are interested in having work on you. If you don't like the tattoos that they do on other people, you probably won't like the one they do on you. Tattoos do hurt, but not very much. It depends entirely on the location. Remember that tattoos are forever, so try not to get anything really stupid. I like my tattoos to always have a story or promise associated with them.
