Description of service
I did tip the man who did this $25.00
I paid for a large gray-scale dragon tattoo. It is very detailed and is holding a flower. The tattoo took aprox 3 hours to complete. He only charged me about less than 1/2 the normal rate ($100-$120 he min price $60.00).
Review of Service
I was happy with the service, I have gotten a 5 tattoos, not all from the same place. The facility was clean, and smelled like a dentists office. I watched them open the NEW needles in front of me. The tattoo was drawn, then place on my skin as an ink outline for my placement approval before the work was done. I had a meeting with him first to discuss what would and would not work, what I was looking for, the style I liked etc...
It was a great value for the price ! It just so happened it was a piece he really thought would be nice to add to his artistic portfolio and since I agreed to be photographed I got a discount. I will go back again.
Tips
Make sure the facility is licensed, & clean. Make sure the needles are new and they follow the guidelines to lessen the chance of spreading a communicable disease. Ask to look at their portfolio to see some of their work. If possible watch them tattoo someone first to see if you like the style they use.
