Upper arm tattoo placement of my own custom artwork. Limited coloring in and done over 2 sessions. Was done in a private stall, nice atmosphere and I got to pick the music. Approximately 5 total hours of tattoo work
Review of Service
My artist did a great job. Went out of his way to perfect the shading and really took pride in his work. He has since contacted me a couple times to "show off" my piece. The shop was well appointed and well kept. I felt like all the precautions for sterility were taken and he obviously set a high value on them. They really did a nice job inside, focusing on decor and lighting that made it a peaceful place to have work done.
Tips
Multiple hours in the chair are tough, no way around it. However, beyond all other priorities make sure you like the person's art. Your discomfort in the chair is meaningless compared to the lifetime with someone's good or bad work on your body. So first always comes the art. If they've passed that test then it is nice to hope for: A person who is comfortable to be around and b. A place thats comfortable to be in. But again ALWAYS go with the art that moves you.
