Description of service
Price of $1,800 included food for 90 guests with one non-alcoholic beverage. The cost per guest was $20.00. The menu was chicken cordon bleu, sauted vegetables, mashed potatoes and 2 pieces of bread. Beverage included a choice of either a soda or fruit juice.
Review of Service
The menu tasted great and the price was right. A couple of weeks before the wedding the people from the cater company let you try several menus to help you make a decision on which one you want for your wedding. These menus are usually free to try and you can try as many as you like until you make up your mind. I tried three menus and finally decided on chicken cordon bleu. They arrived at the right time and all the food was hot and served to perfection, extra beverages were also served even though they were not included with the original pricing. Service was fast and very well organized, each meal was carefully served and it all happened very professionally.
Tips
As for my situation, my wedding location also offered food service and if I were to combine the two I would have gotten a better deal with location/food combined. I made my choice because my uncle referred me to this catering company and he always says that if you want quality food you must rely on a food catering company since that is their speciality. Try out plenty of them and find out if you like the menu, but most important if the price is right for your needs.
