the Cost of Online Tax Filing

I received free e-filing with a well known company. It was pretty self explanatory and very easy to use.

I used a free e-filing system. I found out about this free service by just doing a search online for e-filing It was very easy but a little more time consuming than doing it manually. I could not figure out how to just pick the form that I wanted to use so I had to just answer all the questions that didn't pertain to me. I'm not really sure if it was possible to be able to pick the form to use but I could not figure it out! I had to creat an account with the company but this was very simple, just making a sign in name and password. They make sure to ask you all the important information and check to make sure that nothing was missed. This service is free to people who make under $50,000 I think. I received confirmation from the company and IRS when my return was recieved. I had to print out a form with all the information on it and send that and my W-2 in to the IRS. This did not delay me from recieving my return in a timely manner I recieved my return much quicker than when I had done it manually in the previous years. I could not file my state or local taxes with this company for free so I did those myself.

Just do a little research and you can find alot of these services for free. I have found that they are all pretty much the same.
