This was a very exhaustive and easy service to use. I've paid an accountant about twice as much for basically the same service. I felt that the service asked all the important questions and that any "hidden" write off's would have been discovered. I think that if I had a small business or extensive 1099 income I might have preferred to go with a flesh and blood accountant, but for "normal" taxes this is a great service. I got my refunds within about 10 days, and it was easy to save electronic versions of my records (which is great for my personal record keeping purposes.)

Make sure that you've got all of your documents ready when you start this process. I personally had forgotten about a small 401K disbursement that ended up really throwing a wrench in things when I received the record in the mail after I'd filed my regular taxes. This probably goes without saying, but make absolutely sure that the company you choose to go with has strong security, and for a service like this I'd say that individual reputation is extremely important.
