I love it, I love it, I love it!!!! This is the best tax filing I have ever experienced. It is basically tax filing for dummies! The site that I used offers a few different options to choose from, the one I did was free. I actually itemized my deductions and it will walk you through each and every single deduction and credit that you could possilby think to get. For free!

It was quick and easy. In my situation I didn't have to attach any documents with it at all. I itemized my deductions, and when I tbought that I was all finished it will even do an error check for you. It showed me my errors and it also asked a few different options to see if I possibly could have forgotten to request a certain credit. It was quick, simple, and I recieved my account directly into my bank account within about one week.

At one point I did have to call customer service, I had chosen an option that I later did not want and for some reason it wouldn't let me remove it. The minus on the customer service end, she didn't really seem to know what she was doing, because in the long run, after waiting to get a hold of someone , and being on the phone with the rep for like an hour, I figured it out myself. The plus was that I called at midnight and actually was able to get a hold of someone, even though I had to wait a bit.

Make sure you shop around, and if interested see if you can qualify for free efile, and if you can't you can actually use whatever you had to pay the prior year for filing taxes, as a deduction!!
