Description of service
Went into the rental place. The games was $4.99 a piece. I rented four of them. The games was in their own section of the store. The store had almost every game possible. Each different console had their own section in the video game section. They had an employees favorit game section.
Review of Service
The employees were very nice and helpful. They helped me find the right games for my family. The lady that helped me suggested a game that was for the whole family. The game that I orginally went in there for wasn't in, so the cashier put my name on a waiting list. The games were in alphabetical order. The rating was on the front of the game so I knew if they was appropriate for my family. When deciding on the games I was getting for my family, I had to sign up for a membership. The cashier help me with signing up for a membership. The manager walked over after finding out that I was a new member and asked if his employee was helpful or not.
Tips
To make sure that the employees are helpful. If they are not, I would talk to the manager. The employees are there to help you the customer.
