It cost $120.00 for highlights, a hair cut, style, and tip. The haircut and style was $28.00, the highlights were $90.00, and the tip was $22.00. I had a coupon for $20.00 off highlights, so it ended up costing $70.00 for the highlights. The price of the highlights included the cost of extra color because my hair is long.
Review of Service
The stylist really did a great job with the highlights and the hair cut. My hair is extremely thick and long, therefore, I always have to pay more than regular price when I get my hair colored. I was happy with the price because I've actually paid that amount of money for highlights without a hair cut in the past. I didn't really like the way the stylist styled my hair, but other than that, I was happy with the service.
Tips
When looking for a stylist, ask around. If you see somebody with great hair, don't be shy, they are usually more than happy to let you know which salon they use. Take pictures of the hair style and color that you want. Ask the stylist about any damage that might occur as a result of any type of chemical process.
