the Cost of Highlights or Partial Hair Color

I recently got married and before the wedding I wanted to have my hair highlighted. I made my appointment and went to the salon I normally always use when I am in southern California and I was pleased to get blond highlights for $65. I have lighter colored hair so I chose to get a weave all over the top of my hair with the foil wraps instead of the highlighting cap. The price I paid also included having my hair washed, blow dried and styled.

For the price I paid I got the service I expected. I had the weave put in with foil wraps and sat under the dryer for maybe 30 minutes. I had my hair washed and then blow dried and styled. It was a comfortable, professional atmosphere and the chemicals they used in my hair did not bother me at all. When my hair was dry it was a much lighter shade of strawberry blond and looked very natural. I was happy with the way everything turned out and my hair looked absolutely amazing for my wedding. Which is what I was hoping for.

Go to a salon you know and trust if possible. Bring pictures of what you have in mind if you can find some. Do research before hand so you know what different options there are for your hair.
