The service was for washing, trimming, highlighting, and styling my naturally wavy shoulder-length hair. The length of the entire service was a total of 2 hours. The salon operates in an by appointment only structure, so if you do not have an appointment they are not going to help you. Also, if you are running late for your appointment, you should probably consider rescheduling because they do not tolerate tardiness and will tell you to reschedule your appointment if you show up late. They use strictly one particular pricy brand of hair products.

The service that I received was wonderful. The stylist was not very outgoing to me which didn't make him seem friendly. He spoke a foreign language to one of the other stylists. Personally, I think that is rude when people do that. But maybe he didn't know English too well. However, he did quite an impressive job with my hair. He had managed to get my usually unruly and frizzy, wavy hair straight and completely frizz-free. The highlights blended well in my hair and did not look at all brassy and cheap. I was amazed with the results.

I have been to many different salons in this area and although expensive, this is the only salon that I know of where I get the results that I want and am happy with. For the price though, I cannot afford to go there that often. If I had known the price before going there I probably would not have went there. Make sure you know the price before going to any salon.
