The temporary company we went through either got really lucky or really listened and understood when we told them exactly what time of employee we wanted and needed. I would definitely go through them again, and ask for her!

A temporary employee can really be worth the money in a crunch like this. Make sure you clearly explain what you need from the temporary company. Ask them if they understand and to tell you exactly what you're looking for. They might find it overkill but it is extremely important to get the right fit in these situations.
