Description of service

This service basically consisted of having the company to host my website and keep it online twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The price did not include any other services.

Review of Service

This was nothing by a scam and I am ashamed that I fell for it. The service was not consistent. I couldn't get a hold of any employee when I encounted problems. The site provided nothing as far as justifying a charge of twenty five dollars a month. I could have received the exact same service for as little as $9.95 a month through other providers and actually been able to contact them when needed. The billing ran behind and the company did not accept credit cards or paypal. I was forced to write a monthly check and actually send it snail mail if you can imagine.

Tips

Shop all available providers and get referrals from real people. Many providers are popping who promise things that they are not able to deliver. This business (who's probably out of business by now) offered the service along with web site design but they are not that savvy in resolving problems. I would recommend going with a local provider that you can actually see face-to face for problem resolution.
