the Cost of Skydiving

This summer, I paid $250 to go skydiving. This price included the cost of the airplane and fuel to go up, the cost of the instructor to first explain and teach me the proper procedure and then jump with me, the cost of the skydiving gear and chute rental and the video taken of me jumping.

I always wanted to go skydiving, and I was finally able to this past summer. Everyone at the company was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. They all had a genuine passion and enthusiasm for skydiving and strove to share that passion and enthusiasm with their students. My instructor was very patient with me explaining everything slowly and specifically so I knew exactly what everything was and did. He then explained everything again for my husband who was extremely nervous about me jumping. I got a little nervous once the plane was in the air, and my instructor held my hand and talked to me until it was time to actually jump. He made sure I still wanted to go, talked me through the process one more time and then off we were. It was the most amazing experience, and I could not have done it without my great instructor.

Do a lot of research before selecting a skydiving company. Safety is crucial, and so is your ability to be confident and comfortable when jumping.
