Description of service
This is the price of installation for Cable T.V. Service. This fee is for installation only. The monthly cost for cable T.V. is $65. This includes basic cable with HD channels. Overall I have been happy with this service. I have had a few problems with my cable, but someone was sent out quickly to repair the service at no charge.
Review of Service
The person who installed my cable was nice, but not increadably professional. He did not remove his shoes and tracked dirt in the house and left many scuff marks on my floor. He did take the time to answer some questions I had. It took him about and hour which was about what I expected. He did leave a cable unburried across my sidewalk which was supposed to be burried within three days. It ended up taking close to a month for the cable to be buried which was a safty hazard.
Tips
Shop around! You can save quite a bit of money by comparing different services. Many times you can even get a better price with the cable company of your choice just by mentioning the better price of another service. Always call the cable company immediately if anything goes wrong with your service. They will always refund you the money for any days that you service was out. Even if it was out for just a few minutes.
