Description of service
$400 is what it costs to rent what the rental company considers a mid-sized convertible. This adds up to just over $55 per day. In doing a bunch of online research this is a great price. Unfortunately I drove my convertible in Colorado where it would have been much nicer to have an SUV. The reason I chose the convertible is because it was the cheapest car the company had. Probably since there just isn't the demand for convertibles that there is in Florida or Hawaii. Non the less I didn't have too bad of weather so it wasn't a big problem. I waived the insurance so had I gotten stuck in a ditch it would have been bad.
Review of Service
I rented the car on their website and when I got to the airport there was a free shuttle that took me to the rental company. I then waited in line for about 20 minutes until I got the keys. I walked out and got the car and was on my way. It was a hassle free experience that I will use again. I had one day that I could actually put the top down, but it was still a very fun car.
Tips
Since it was spring I was safe with a convertible, but had it been the winter I would have definitely gotten an SUV. Saving money isn't always the best thing. Sometimes safety comes first.
