Prepaid wireless service- for approximately one hundred thrirty dollars I recieved a cell phone, a setup card, and a refill card. There is a twenty-five cent connection call for all calls then a ten cent per minute charge after that. After the initial set up of the plan to refill minutes cards can be purchased in amounts of thirty, fifty, or seventy five dollars. Text messages are cheaper at five cents for eveyone sent or recieved.

The coverage area was the same as regular cell phones. The percentage of dropped calles was low. The bad part was that there is an experation date on the prepaid refill cards the tirty dollar card had to be used within thirty days, the fifty dollar card within sixty days and the seventy dollar card within one hundred twenty days.

I think that this is a great way to get cell phone service if you had bad credit. Some companies will convert prepaid cell phone service into regular plans if you ask about it in the store and keep the prepaid plan supplied with minutes. There can not be any time where the prepaid phone is without minutes. This is also a great thing for college students, kids, or anyone on a budget. I let my child get a prepaid phone to see how she would handle the minutes. After being found responsible I upgraded her plan
