Received one on one private therapy in office, at the rate of $65.00 per hour. Included all the usual accoutrement's of a therapy session: a comfortable environment, and an attitude of professionalism.

I found my contracted therapist to be extremely talented and capable. She was well adapted to the specific type of counseling I was seeking, and she was able to help me beyond my expectations. With a sincere and professional tone, she was able to confer the standards of care while listening and approaching my needs with compassion. I would highly recommend this service to a person who felt in duress or in need of an ear.

Life will undoubtedly toss you a curve ball once in a while, and it may go beyond the abilities of the support structure you have in place. There is no shame in seeking out a qualified person to help you deal with a crisis. It certainly behooves you to check on both there credentials AND a seek reviews of their service. It is worth considering, even the most qualified therapist may have predispositions. i.e. A person with a religious background may hold different values than a more secular therapist. It is appropriate to determine, and seek help from someone who holds similar values, as during times when you seek help it would be unwise to invite additional conflict.
